1. Returns
- Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, or items marked as "final sale," are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact us through our Contact Page with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Process: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-4 Business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted, such as for items that are returned with obvious signs of use or missing parts.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us through our Contact Page to arrange an exchange.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
